Issue isnt with the bank, its with a security guard. I went to the ATM on 3/12 at 9 am, and there was a young black woman in her 20s yelling and cussing on the phone. She did this in front of my 5 year old.
Chase and Allied Universal should be ashamed of her unprofessional behavior.

called probably 15 times throughout the morning to check if they had a notary working and if i would be able to print a document out to get notarized there and got no answer, so i figured they would be busy when i went in. got there and there were like 3 people at the front doing nothing. told me notary was out for lunch (fine not a big deal) but wouldn't let me print or email to someone working to print. ended up just going to UPS to print and get notarized there and had a much better experience. ANSWER YOUR PHONES
