I can see why this bank's only other review is also 1 star. Stopped here today while walking my dog and picked up some cash at their ATM. I needed a couple smaller bills so went inside and asked them to exchange one of the $20s for a $10 and two $5s. The teller asked if I was a customer and when I said no, he said he wouldn't be able to help me (the only person in the bank no less). Really?? A) if this is some bizarre policy that you think would make me reconsider not being your customer, you're delusional, B) after just paying the $3.00 fee to withdraw cash from your ATM, you've already made money on this non-customer... which in effect, makes me your customer... which makes this denial seem even more offensive. Just ridiculous. If someone has a similar request in the future, consider using those 5 seconds it would have taken to break a $20 to be friendly and at least give me the notion that I should consider banking with you if my needs change.

I joined this bank about a year ago when I decided to drop Chase because...well, they're Chase. Biggest mistake of my life. They're archaic, unhelpful, and they make everything more complicated than it should be. When I walk in to cash my paychecks they act like I've just interrupted something VERY important (hardly anyone ever goes in there, what could be THAT important??) and then practically shove me out the door without so much as a "thank you for choosing our bank over the behemoth banks like the Chase a block away". Their online banking is the worst I've EVER seen and the website will lock you out if you mistype your password ONCE. Did I mention they outsource their website help to India? I called to try to change my password (because I mistyped it... ONCE) and the woman who answered the phone thought I belonged to a bank in Utah.Trust me, this bank is only going to complicate your life. Join a credit union if you can or - as a worst case scenario - stick to the bigger banks.
