        I've been banking at this bank since it was FirstMerit in 2009. I do not have enough good things to say about this branch in particular, because of the outstanding personal customer service I receive. It is like walking into close friends. They have one of the best checking and savings accounts in the area. It is easy to start an account with just $100, they do not impose a lot of fees, there are many options to get around it, there is no penalty for low balances, to name a few of the excellent benefits they offer. Among other things they also have safety deposit boxes. They offer rewards for using debit cards. The Bank also provides great loans at excellent rates. It is almost a worry-free bank.
