        I wish there was a minus scale for this establishment.  The customer service is very limited, not even elementary level, rude, and unprofessional.  There tech systems are outdated, communications are scattered.  They've been closing their branches where it's becoming inconvenient for us to travel to. Then at least be courteous...After 30 years of banking with them, I think it's time to say good bye.
