        Had such an amazing experience at the Niles branch! Silvester was so attentive and really helped me with my questions with my minors account. It was locked and he was able to direct me to get it resolved! Thank you Silvester! I will be back to see you again!

        The bank manager (Vernon) escalate situations instead of resolving them. I really do believe Huntington do not like black people.

        There is this Indian lady who is very rude and has an attitude I have been connected with this bank for over 5 years and I have never had an experience I had in this branch never going back here!!! That is for sure.
