      I was also very dissatisfied with my arrival and I do not recommend anyone to go to this bank.

      image I am doing it for my cousin Gigi Kandarappallil who doesnt speak English well, we came to the Citi bank to resolve some issues. The banker Asad, Rafidi ( who works at the citi bank in Niles) took care of all issues which took almost more than 2 hours, he made all the phone calls to resolve the issues which too long time even after the business hours, he stayed late for almost 30 minutes to help us. He didnt have to do that, but he did it, he was soooo wonderful and helpful and cant thank him enough for his help . Now I feel like I should be a citi bank customer after seeing how he handled the situation.
