If you are going to this location for CPAP... I am sorry. I tried getting an explanation over the phone on how they are charging me so much for a machine I could literally get for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. When I inquired how am I not being scammed, the person I spoke with on the phone was rude, then hung up on me. So, beware, if you need to go here for CPAP... Get a prescription from your doctor, then go buy the machine online. We're talking over $1500+ vs $400. She explained basically, it is YOUR responsibility to figure out costs, when looking at the message they sent was very cryptic. Had they just said my potential out of pocket over the course of the 3 months THEN the cost to own the machine, I would be fine. But they didn't. Ever since it became Duly, the quality of the company has gone waaaaaaaaaaaay downhill. Used to have some of the finest people working with them in the past when it used to be DuPage Medical Group including their billing department. They were different from the rest. Now... They're the same as everyone else. No regard for patient wellbeing.

As an EMPLOYEE of DULY, this is one of the WORST companies I have ever worked for in my entire 10 years in working in the medical field. I would never recommend a patient here and I would never recommend a person to apply here as an employee. The staff is TRASH, again the staff is TRASH. I literally have no idea how some of the people that work here got hired and into their positions they hold. I believe DULY is extremely desperate for staff that they hire anybody due to them being so short staffed, not to mention the pay is terrible. The unprofessionalism and careless tendencies is honestly distasteful, I've never had to write a review for a job until today and I've also never been this unhappy in my line of work. This company shouldn't even exist and I hope someone higher up sees this review so they can know how awful they are. Sorry not sorry but people should know this!

Completely horrific customer service and care of patients. Dont bother going here unless youre happy to call in with a sick child and maybe get a call back the next day. When you do get a call back it wont be a doctor or even a nurse, itll be a scheduler who is completely unable to answer the most basic healthcare questions and wont provide an iota of advice. God forbid you have a sick child and need to see a doctor. Youll wait at least three days to get in even when you tell them your kid has a 103 fever or a seriously contagious skin infection. This place is an absolute mess and a complete joke of a doctors office. If you expect your the health and well being of your children to be a priority of your pediatrician youd be better off getting on a plane and going to Thailand. Go somewhere else, dont waste your time here. And before Duly replies to me saying theyre sorry to hear about this, know that I have shared feedback with executive level employees of the Duly system. Clearly any real patient feedback falls on deaf ears as the standard of care has only continued to get horrifically worse. You are opening yourself to malpractice suits by neglecting your patients and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I like the practitioner I see but how thing are run is a nightmare. Few people work in person so all their communication is done through messaging. I have a prescription that is in short supply and have to call around to pharmacies every month to find a location that can fill it. Then I have to call Duly and ask them to send a message to my practitioner to authorize transfer of the prescription. Their policy is that this may take 72 hours ... at which time my prescription may no longer be available at the pharmacy. Then im forced to go through the whole cycle again. It is absolutely ridiculous. The pmace is run in a way that has caused me physical and financial harm. Most recently, the wrong date was put on my prescription so i lost a whole days abilit to work because I could not fill my prescription and they did not correct it until nearly the end of their work day after i called 11 times and sent messages via MyChart. This is the kind of issue I deal with monthly and seems to be gross negligence on Duly's part.
