Extremely rude customer service. I highly advise you take your dollars elsewhere. Do not come to this location as you will be sorely disappointed as I was. Front desk person was incredibly rude

Dr. Ahmadian was able to diagnose me with a rare disease and turn my prognosis around. It was a bit difficult to get into her but that's because she's good at what she does and people want to see her - she's busy! I would highly recommend people work to get in to DuPage Neurology as a group. You get Dr. Ahmadian and a whole bunch of other people who can help you figure things out. The DuPage group in general and Dr. Ahmadian specifically are fantastic.

I was a patient of Dr. Jennifer Ahmadian for my chronic migraines and they became progressively worse. She insisted that I come back into the office all the time for another "exam" even though she would never do another exam on me other than just adjust medications. They never had my other medications on file correct and knees time I was over medicated they blamed that of course on one of my other providers. I had a migraine that lasted literally 28 days and they did not return my calls. When I would call back it was like playing telephone. I would have rather just spoken to the doctor myself because I felt like the person I was talking to had no medical knowledge at all. During the period of my 28 day migraine my doctor was out of the country, but the doctor taking her place didn't want to "step on her toes" and change my meds. They just told me to go to the hospital and be admitted. That just seemed crazy that they owned me off to someone else. Finally I made an appointment with a headache clinic and got relief. When Dr. Ahmadian returned a few days after her trip she called and told me to increase my meds slightly. I told her that she was wrong and the reason for that. I said that I was informed by an educated neurologist that a migraine lasting longer than 72 hours need intervention from heavier drugs to relax the brain again. That was why my migraine revue meds weren't working for the previous 28 days. Just beware. I was so unhappy. When I even asked them to fax over my records to the headache clinic they for some reason could not do that. They even couldn't send my MRI images. They say the only way they could do it was through FedEx and since I got an appointment the next day I would have to come and pick up the disc, but I would then have to pay for the images since I was picking them up, but if they were shipped straight to the clinic on a doctor request I wouldn't have to pay. It was so ridiculous. I asked if they could be emailed, she said it was impossible because MRI images can't be emailed. I told her that was weird since I work in the veterinary medical field and we do it all the time. She had nothing to say. Luckily, the clinic I went to understood and didn't need them for the first visit anyways. I later called the manager of the Dupage Medical Group that runs the office to complain and left a message, and I never got a response back. Funny though, I keep receiving a bill from them.
