        Typically, the younger staff at Apple stores can be ignorant with an over-inflated arrogance. This review is for the repair tech(s) only. The speaker on my phone damaged and was repaired very quickly. Tech was genuinely a nice person.

        I sent both my AirPod 2nd gens and AirPod pros through the washing machine WITH the case and literally all it did was clean them. They still work like new once they dried out lmao. Anyways, I dont recommend washing them with your clothes and also Collin is raw. He works at this location.
