On Sunday I went in around 4.55 pm, the shutter was down.. though the working hours were from noon to 6. There were two employees inside the shop but they said they were not working and its closed.

This was the worst experience I've ever encountered at a T-Mobile.. I went to open up a line with them as a new customer and the employee had no idea what they were doing. I was told their systems were down so then I had to go get cash to pay and incur a service fee only to then come back and have the same associate say that their system is down completely.. She definitely didn't want to actually work as shown by her horrible attitude.. Definitely wouldn't recommend starting a new line of service with them at this store.. it sucks.. And just to be clear this is the T mobile in Northwoods Mall
