Dr. Konstantin Gromov

maybe over confident or taking patients for granted but he messed up my implant. After three months, it wasnt done the right way after all and he was kind of blaming me why the bone isnt enough for the implant. I had paid in full out of the pocket and he was not happy redoing it without new transaction. Asked me to wait and Ill be called for getting the implant done again. But eventually walked away, closed his Naperville operations. The practice he was working with Right Choice Dental is kind to look after my issue now with a new Orthodontist. I dont recommend Gromov to anyone. Carries quite a careless and least interested attitude.

veery disappointing in that actual tooth was not includedin the cost...in fact dr gromov said go get someone else for the tooth, did not even refer.

Most of you know that I work with Dr.G but what you might not know is that Im always honest. Today I had to have a Laser treatment done on one of my tooth and Dr. G exceed my expectations. It was my first time being numbed by Dr. G and trust me, I was numbed plenty of times before by other doctors but this time it was different. It was extremely gentle and painless!!! So if you are afraid of dental shots you must see Dr. G. And no, he didnt ask me to write this review . Thank you Dr. G for taking care of my tooth. You are simply the best!!!

The only word to describe Dr. Gromov and his team is exceptional. He and his team genuinely care about you and its evident through their transparency from every step of your dental needs. He was able to fix an issue I had within the same day which is seemingly unheard of now days. Even if I have to drive an hour every time to see him I would do it with no hesitation hes truly that gifted at what he does.
