I do not have an experience because I could not get an appt. I tried on line and also called. I was told the schedule was not out yet and what was out was full. I left my phone number and was told I would get a phone call when there was an opening. Its been 6 weeks. No phone call at all. I am also extremely scared and get panic attacks for even a dental cleaning. I asked to speak to someone in the naperville office. The call center did not want to patch me through to someone. Although I understand that all questions are answered at your first visit, I get so nervous there were some things I needed answered just to walk in the door. Also, I want to feel comfortable that if I do have issues that there will be someone that I can contact to speak to. I finally persuaded her to give them my information which she said she did and that as soon as they were done with the current patient someone would call me back. I waited with my phone all day......NO CALL! 6 weeks later, still no call......I am a cash paying patient, which should not matter, and can afford the treatment. I feel that if they didn't have the courtesy to call to get me as a patient, they concern would be even less after they had my money. I'm very disappointed. I did have the procedure done somewhere else. Somewhere that the actual office answers the phone, not a service. Appt within 48 hours. The money spent on commercials on TV would be better utilized on customer service and compassion seminars.
