image I must say what I experienced was very unprofessional. I experienced a fractured tooth last night while at work. I searched around for some emergency services and came across Dr. Brown and his website claiming 24/7 emergency services / support. I made the phone call and spoke with someone about my issue at 930p which I thought was great. Turns out it was a third party service and not his office or staff. His website claims talk to a dentist within 15 minutes of calling, after hours care, etc, etc; the things anyone would want to hear or read if they were in excruciating pain due to an unexpected tooth fracture. 13 hours later and I still hadnt heard from him or anyone in his office. So, I had to make a second call. This time I spoke to some different at the third party service and had to explain the situation all over again since they had no access to the previous nights phone call transcripts or notes. Dr. Brown then called about 25 minutes later. I was on the phone with him for 25 minutes or so. However, again, after his website states 24/7 emergency services, after hours care, and mind you its 8am in the morning at this time, he refused to come into the office and the necessary root canal and pushed any treatment of my pain and fractured tooth off until Monday. This does not line up with his websites claim or mission statement. He then requested a credit card to book an appointment which didnt feel right to me. There seemed to be no concern for the fractured tooth or my pain, all he wanted was a booking fee and pushed off any potential services to when it was convenient for him, totally disregarding his websites claims to 24/7 emergency service / day of treatment. I will look elsewhere for someone a bit more professional and honest who actually offers day of treatment.

image Had my wisdom teeth removed and a mollar that was beyond saving and infected I had a wonderful experience considering it was surgery he is wonderful making sure you're pain free and works with you when paying out of pocket as much as possible I highly recommend going to dr.brown plus the staff is very kind and welcoming they really care about you

image My mother recently had a bad tooth ache and needed to see a dentist and found Dr. Brown online. Her experience was horrible and since shes seen him she feels horribly upset and violated, to the point that she asked me to write this review for her. We had read another review from a couple years ago that he was arrogant and pushy and made the woman feel like he was trying to get money out of her, but my mom decided to go in with an open mind. However, upon meeting him, she began to have the same experience. She said that he was arrogant and talked about himself a lot, was condescending and dismissive of her questions and concerns, and was pushing her to get more financing for all the work she still needs done. Ultimately, she had her tooth pulled and we have cancelled the follow up appointment. My mother feels like she was used and coerced and did not feel comfortable with him in any way. She also felt like the staff were pushy as well. We have since found a new provider for her follow up appointment and will not be seeing Dr. Brown again. They seem to be narcissistic and money hungry, and not looking out for the patients best interest. We wouldnt recommend anyone see this person.

image I found Dr Browns website online and called about a root canal emergency. When he called me on the phone, I immediately got an arrogant vibe. He struggled to understand the pain medication i was taking (cycling Tylenol and Advil, pretty basic stuff). I had to basically read him the back of the OTC pain killer bottles. He wasnt willing to provide any actual service or bring me in despite my extreme pain, only talk pain managements. I just wanted the tooth out. I was made to feel like an over dramatic woman crying of period pain. Then he started to question the instructions Id received not to mix pain killers with a prescription id gotten from my dentist earlier that day. So I asked for his name again. He scoffed and hung up on me. Reading the above reviews, I think I dodged a bullet! If you want kind, understanding care, this is not it!
