Budget Car Rental

They called me after i prepaid online for a rental and they called me and said they had no cars available but when i called customer service they said they did have cars available at this location. Refusing service for no reason? Do not recommend

Never had any issues when renting from this location, and I come here for all my business trips.

This place is a joke, and the person on shift absolutely rude! After my compact suv ended up at the shop for unexpected major repairs, I called this facility and requested a rental, of course I was redirected to a switchboard. I requested something in similar size as I needed to pick up a family member who had recent back surgery and my concern of them being able to easily get in and out of the vehicle. He assured me this was available. I asked to speak to someone at the location and he said they did not get calls. He asked for payment and noted payment up front would be slightly less than at the location. Thankfully I said I would wait until I got there. I printed the confirmation that listed a compact Mazda. When I arrived at the location the rude employee noted they did not have anything like that available, and he asked why I didn't call the store. I explained I was told calls dont reach them directly. He laughed and picked up the cordless phone sitting next to him. There were three similar SUVs sitting in the lot. When I questioned that he noted if I wasn't happy he could refuse a rental to me all together. Needless to say after a heated argument I walked out. I would never recommend this facility to ANYONE! Even in a desperate situation, seek a rental ANYWHERE other than this place!

Salman and sadaf are simply the kindest and most professional duo you will ever meet. They are experts at customer service and I always look forward to seeing their friendly faces. They make the rental process a pleasure and stress-free and always take good care of me. There is absolutely no other place I would rent from locally. Hands down, they are the best!
