      image I met with Elizabeth regarding a HELOC. Was all super responsive to get my business. Now I have an issue and have sent 3 emails with not one single response. Level of customer service at this place is poor, at best.

      image Please do favor to yourself and don't open account in PNC . It's hard to get your own money back.. They required heads up Day ahead to prepare few grands for you otherwise threat you to deny to give you your own money and this branch is workday worst in all where Lead Cashier Tegan provided me the worst customer service ever.
