Loyola Outpatient Center

Wish I can give zero stars, I went to the emergency room for shoulder pain, arm pain and knee pain. I was in there for 6 hours for doctor to tell me everything is fine. How tf is everything fine when I'm in horrible pain that keeps me from sleeping. These staff does nothing but sit around gossip while patients yelling for help and in real bad pain. I barley can walk upstairs but the doctor says take Tylenol and ibuprofen and you'll be fine. This place is pathetic!

I give 5 because they attend me and my family quick and the ohpmologist are great doctors,they fixed my eye condition and they treat me with kindness,Thanks a lot Loyola Medicine for your accomplishments your did to me and my family

Worst service ever I told them a couple days before I need a school form For my child and they said its ready for a pick up I went there they never made it ready I waited there untill they made it omg when you tell to people its ready for a pick up it should be ready and not to make people mad and wait for no reason wake up people you get paid for this wake up !!!

My Godmother went to get blood drawn March 12th at 10am and did not get her blood drawn until after 12pm. This is unacceptable. This should never happen in any Healthcare facility. Train your people to do better.
