I've been going here for years. The staff is always friendly. They are always concerned with what's going on in my life, and are always happy to assist. They've helped me in some emergency situations, like when I have us having a full blown asthma attack, which triggered a panic attack. They are good people and sometimes deal with the worst people or people having their worst day and treat them with kindness, courtesy, in general empathy.

No one here shows ANY compassion! These people are battle hardened salty automatons. I suppose having to apologize every 30 seconds for total dysfunction dulls & sanitizes your humanity. Their motto says "We Also Treat The Human Spirit" I would say that's true if you consider being talked to like you're a nuisance, incapable of understanding their plight. All Loyola cares about is marketing to get more people in the door that they can exploit and bill the insurance company! They even hijack you when you arrive for $5 parking, as if a $1000 an hour isn't enough to fill their coffers. We're leaving this place next month and until then I'll go to the county hospital if I'm in need of medical attention.

I drove 328 miles for my daughter to get her two wisdom teeth removed. 1/14/21 Only to discover on 5/5/21 at her regular dental visit her tooth #8 has discoloration at the gum line .I had a referral to go to see a Orthodontist $150.00 payment was collected before seeing the doctor we were there less than 15 minutes. That's when it was confirmed her tooth was dead. It will require out of pocket charges for a crown. With the pandemic I wasn't able to contact someone from the Loyola medicine.Phone calls after calls long wait times, holding on the phone as long as 15 minutes before being disconnected .This happened multiple times . ONE year later. I received a letter from Loyola that's when I was able to make contact. with the correct department. It's ashamed that I couldn't have been able to get my daughter's teeth extracted closer to home. Doctor Paul removed two of her wisdom teeth and didn't injured her front tooth these clowns.hit her tooth and then lied about it. It was a accident it happens then admit it and pay for the procedure to make it right. I would never recommend this place they'd treat animals better than humans beings.

What a scam!! They tell you it will be $160 out of pocket for a new patient without insurance and then a week later they send you another bill for $100 and tell you the original $160 was "just an estimate" and the actual cost is much more. They didn't even do anything to treat me - no tests or prescriptions or anything. I saw the doctor for 15 minutes and they put my info in the system and told me there was nothing they could do to help me. I would not go back here again!
