Very friendly and competent. They want to do things correctly, and they do. I appreciate the staff, they are welcoming and intelligent.

Ample parking and a clean, safe area.

Curt Myers was the best! Us as the homebuyers went through a lot of bumps but Curt was right there with us and it all turned out great couldn't be happier.

Amazing apartments, cleaned by the best.

Roaches, gnats, wasps, centipedes, damaged floors, damaged walls, damaged furniture, broken appliances. Just dont do it.

Had some of the best quality of houses in Macomb but the company claimed bankruptcy and did not inform any of the tenets.
