        Very nice area to be living at and the rent is a good price and management is very friendly and maintenance is very nice and they do a great job and have very nice neighbors

        Great job for letting us get us a new place we love it we love our maintenance and my my manger to she is so sweet she got us in. Really fast I love it over here and we have very nice neighbors to its quite out here

        Do Not Rent from here , management is horrible. I have lived here since August and they took me through so much difficulty trying to get approved and I am from Out of State Single Mother with Children it is now December and I only been living here since August already I've had two hot water outages, a heater outage, and stay on top of neighbors from hell. Supposed to be affordable housing but Rent has increased from $830 to $900 seems a bit extreme for "affordable" being that other there's other life expenses. Please look elsewhere you won't be satisfied here.

        Dont rent these rentals are supposed to be subsidized rents the rent used to be 650 then went up to 750 and now when our leases are up they charged their mind in a week it was going to be 795 but now its going to be 840 if that isnt budget friendly I dont know what is because this is ridicules no way people can afford the new rent for 3 bedrooms its going from 830 to 950 it used to be 750 no one is going to be able to continue to rent here because they are getting greedy with the prices when the leases are up half the complex is moving because they cant afford the new rent one maintenance man doesnt know how to do anything so hes leaving the other maintenance man to fix his things on top of what the guy already has to do. Wednesday they are supposed to be open from 9 to 12 but the office doesnt even open till 11 so you only get an hour to get any information you need everyday the open at 11 when their supposed to be opening at 9 and they are supposed to be opened till 6pm but the office leaves an hour early its just frustrating

      The office hours are posted on the front door:Mon 8a-5pmTues 8am-12pm Weds 8am- -5pmThurs 8am- 5pmFri 8am- 12pmThese hours changed in March 2023 when new ownership took over. If Management is in a meeting or training there is a note on the door stating when the office will reopen. I am sorry that you have not seen the hours on the front door, if there is anything I can help you with please feel free to reach out to me.
