I spent a lot of money on golf clubs that were delivered damaged. I get that shipping can damage things. When I tried to get my clubs replaced or fixed, I was told that they can't service clubs, return clubs, or replace clubs. They offered to use the factory warranty. I was told I couldn't even get my money back.
I get that it's a business but jesus, it made me never want to spend a dollar here again.

The staff was very helpful and polite and nice. I wanted to use a cupn and the manager was looking for reasons not to validate the full amount. But not the biggest issue. The problem was her attitude. She was rude to a staff member very unprofessional because she was explaining how the cupn was valid and another manager Lauren said it was ok but she wanted to be rude and trying not to validate it. I like the store and usually everyone seemed polite be helpful. I was surprised to be treated like this and also her coworkers. Hopefully she was just being hormonal because she looked pregnant. But no necessity for lack of customer service in her behalf. I would like to come back to this location but if i get treated like this and my family I would have to find another store even if its far from my residence.
I hope she gets better training.
