Great time in the store! Customer service was great but there was one issue, this kid named Landon who was working kept smacking his lips and kicking mannequins. Strange man. But great customer service.

Please do not seek bike repair here. They quoted me a price and it turned out to be $50 more than they quoted. No one called to verify this with me so they forced me into having to pay the difference. When I questioned the pricing the girl at the front then dismissed me and evaded looking at me or acknowledging I was even speaking to her. She was very rude to me and continued to ignore me. She was mad that she even had to help me with the bike purchase in the first place. I called to speak to a manager and they were unwilling to work with me at all about the pricing or to actually take responsibility for any of it. I couldve bought a new bike with how much they charged me to fix a tire. The price difference couldve paid for an entire tank of gas. Corporate America is a joke and they do no care about you or your needs. Ill stick with small/local businesses. They put forth the effort to make sure their customers leave satisfied. I dont enjoy posting this stuff but I want people aware of the way they are deceived.
