Went here to pick up boots because another local store didn't have what I needed, only to find a better sales rep that took the time to make sure the fit was right. What ended up being an incorrect size from another store, ended up working out great here. Jim took his time to help me find the right boots, while we didn't settle on a summer work boot, I bought my winter pair. Patient staff, great to work with.

Didn't care for their service not rude but definitely not polite 11-22 way better service I just wish they didn't assume because I like the insert or conditioner that I wanted to buy it. Didn't even ask they just added it to the bill. 2-12 new kicks for the new year as always best boots for my line of work went with the 6617 this year much better service.

The salesman became rude when I declined to purchase foot soles or "moisture wicking socks". I guess buying a $300 pair of boots wasn't enough. I won't be returning to that redwing store again.
