A family member arrived here after their 8 hour day at work and some 20 year old 'man' working here gave him the snottiest comment about them being a cashless bank.
Incredibly unprofessional. I don't care how many times a day you guys have to tell customers that, there's no excuse for an attitude. Find a new profession if you can't handle customer service properly.

I dont like leaving bad reviews by this was just sad. I came in little over and hour before close to set up a business account and when the very polite young lady approached the manager about it he said right now sounded like he was ready to go for the day. Very disappointing because I wanted to give PNC my business but I think I will be reconsidering . Ive worked in customer service my entire life and refuse to come into places right before close and I thought an hour was ample time but the gentleman expressed his disinterest right in front of me.
