In late 2023, I was in the market for a new car, and I narrowed my search down to a Hyundai Palisade, based on research, reviews, and testimonials from my friends - who already had one. The pricing at Gregory was immediately interesting. 11/15 - Not normally one to get a brand new car, but slightly used one, i settled on a factory recall, after the sales team reassured me that it was only a technicality - that anything wrong with the car had been addressed, but they couldnt sell it as new, as it was returned by a customer after only a month. 11/16 - The day after I drove it home, there were issues - and I called Gregory to let them know that I wasnt happy, and that Id be bringing the car back. I lived in Indiana, so it instantly became an ordeal. They asked me to just keep it, and drive it a bit, and if I didnt like it, I could bring it back, and they would exchange for value on a new vehicle. After two weeks, on 12/4, I dropped the car back off for service. They fixed the issue, and again, on 12/7, I was off - only to have the same issue arise in 2 days. On 12/12 I brought the car back in, and selected a brand new 2024 model. When it came to paying up for the new car, they depreciated my now trade-in by $3,000 due to use. You are the ones that asked me to keep it longer, and drive it. - which fell on deaf ears. I negotiated them down to $1,500 - but still feel that I was taken advantage of, as I wanted to exchange it the day after I bought it, and they asked me to keep it. The final issue - As I drove away in my new car, I noticed that there were no floor mats. The one that I originally bought certainly had them. I went back in, only to be told by a different manager that Not all cars come with floor mats. Unacceptable. The manager confirmed with my sales rep, Ben Garcia, (who was, by far, the best part of my experience), that I had them in the original vehicle - and we pulled them out, and transferred them over. If youre going to buy a Hyundai, (and, BTW, I absolutely love mine), the first thing you should do is look on-line for the closest Hyundai dealer to you NOT named Gregory.

So happy with our car buying experience at Gregory Hyundai. Found a great used car online and showed up 30 minutes before they closed. Even though the dealership was in the midst of construction, salesperson Oskar was ready to help us with everything. The sales manager (Tony) and finance manager were so accommodating. The 2017 Honda Odyssey we bought is great, and the guys at Gregory gave us a fair, discounted price for the car. Even though the process took us until well after closing time, everyone stayed late and we all chatted while waiting for everything to be completed. All in all, a very good experience, and we would highly recommend buying a car from Gregory Hyundai!

Me and my fiance came here 2 days ago to buy a 2007 hyundai santa fe. I will recommend buying a car from here. However don't be like us and forget to ask about certain things. Our carsalesman was very nice but he was very new. It was kinda obvious cause he didn't know anything about the car.he also had no idea what a timing belt was. He just kept saying "all cars are inspected before being sold" and he was definitely nervous haha. It wasn't a problem at all because he kept verifing with the manager about all our questions. HOWEVER I feel a little foolish cause we forgot to check the timing belt before we took the cae. And we noticed that the back windshield wipers was broken. We had asked him to fix it and he said yes. However when we got home we noticed it was still broken. We also noticed a broken seat belt :/. So if your gonna purchase from just make sure your car is fixed cause they didn't do the seat belt, windshield wipers, or check timing belt. However the positives we had were, they didn't push us to purchase if we weren't sure, got us a very good interest rate with the bank, and were very kind during the whole process. If I need to purchase again in the future we probably will be returning
