        This was for a recall repair. I booked online through the Hyundai website which took me to this location nearest me. There wasn't an option for a recall, so I chose a different category and put in a note. The guy who checked me in was a little surprised when I told him, but he was friendly and professional and understood. He arranged for me to get a ride home with J.P. since the repair would take a few hours. Everything went smoothly and the car is running great. UPDATE, Another recent visit: The online experience is improved; there is now a recall option. Check in was smooth. They're remodeling so I waited in a trailer with the sales staff. I had asked for a shuttle home, but waited for 45 minutes before checking what was happening. My car was being worked on, so I waited another 75 minutes rather than try to shuttle home and back. That was an unexpected two hours waiting, and I hadn't really brought anything to do, but otherwise everything worked.
