    We bought a car back in July, and decided to refinance. the process was long, but we left with a great apr. The finance employee was up front with us, calling us Guinea pigs, it was his first refinance. Fast forward to our first payment, and two come out. I wait At the dealership for 30 minutes before talking to the finance department. He talks to the bank To figure it out. They said the old account was never closed, but "I should get my refund within a couple days." They also claimed they made sure the account was closed. At this point I still haven't received my refund payment. So my husband calls the dealership a couple times, and never talks to a anyone. He can only leave messages, that were never returned. Yesterday ANOTHER double payment comes out. I go Into overdraft because of this. We call the bank instead of dealing with Hyundai, and I think finally got helped. Through all this we weren't offered any kind of compensation, not A free oil change. nothing. I'm out $460 until the bank can process the re turn. I'm disappointed at the level of disorganization and lack of response.

    We had a wonderful Kunes experience purchasing our 2018 Ford Explorer! Shelby returned all calls and was very helpful answering questions before we even went there. Cody Robinson was our sales associate and was amazing. He was patient, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and great to chat with all day. Curt Harrison was very helpful explaining exactly what we were signing and why while signing all the final paperwork. And just a very nice guy to work with.

    I don't usually leave reviews except in the case of exceptional service, which is exactly what I received at Kunes Hyundai. I visited to see if they would be interested in buying my car from me. I was greeted immediately by Drake who helped me alongside Jeremy. They quickly checked it out on the road and ran everything by me. They gave me a fair offer with no pressure, checked in on me a few days later, and then assisted in the sale on the day of helping everything go off without a hitch. Fair, honest, and kind. Not something you find at every dealership. I appreciate them taking the time to help me so quickly, and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.
