When you call you get the 1800 support, not local. Not sure who to blame but they said restaurant on site with pool and hot tub. Just a pool, everything else is closed. ... more

Pool was clean and front desk Niharika was so sweet.

Nice rooms. Magi quest for the kids was a highlight. Water park was abit crowded and a touch chilly in the air. Kids water zone was fun! overall a good time.

They need to update the TV's so guests can access apps like Netflix and Hulu.
