It was a smaller store, but the customer service is wonderful. They tried the best they could to fulfill my requests.

I haven't shopped for a very long time since Covid but return to office and need work clothes and shopped at the Geneva Commons location. Jennifer was great and very helpful in assisting me to find clothes. There was another woman there also and both were GREAT! Thank you for helping me find new clothes for work!

I second the comment below me even though it was posted a year ago its still true. Staff was extremely condescending and unwelcoming. Nothing has changed.

Unfortunately, the employees do not fully understand that customers are treated very well regardless of their appearance, (in this case Latina) this store in particular does not greet you or offer help if they see you Latino, even knowing that we are the most we bought, very bad experience, due to this attitude it is because they end up closing many businesses and end up unemployed.  They need good customer service training.  And it's not the first time it's happened to me, I prefer to buy online so I don't have to see the bitter faces of the ladies who work there.
