Employees provide the worst customer service or more accurately zero customer service. I came in at ~4:30pm today and nobody even said hello. Nobody asked if I need any help when I was looking for the clothing. I carried all the clothing around the store myself. Nobody asked if I need a fitting room and place the clothing there. I chose the fitting room myself and when I was trying them on, nobody asked if everything is ok or I need another size. After trying few clothes on and not finding what I like, I proceeded to leave the store. Nobody even said goodbye. I've never had such a bad experience in my life.

My wife loves this place. Always says how friendly and helpful the employees are. They always know what looks good and works for her

I love WHBM but I find this store very unfriendly. I agree with other reviewers that customers are definitely not all treated the same. It also may depend on which associate ends up helping you but I will drive to Oakbrook from now on.
