Uninvolved, disorganized management company. Avoid dealing with them. Luckily they sold the building I’m renting in to a more professional agency 3 months into my lease. Good riddance.

This company is the definition of a slum lord. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! They are dishonest, disrespectful, self interested, dirty literally and figuratively. I rent a commercial property from them and have NEVER dealt with a less professional group. In all business dealings they are shady. We have never had hot water in our space, there are bugs - there are leaks - there are odors... unless you have no other choice stay away!!! Also read reviews on other sites - I feel very sorry for the residential tenants. Wish I could give them less than 0!

I have lived in a Robinson rental for 7 years now and have never been happier! They are SUPER responsive and timely in responding to and rectifying my very occasional repair or paint issues. The common areas are updated with new carpet and paint as needed, front entrance ways and laundry rooms are clean and free of trash and the landscaping is well tended. This is a great place to live! More than several of us in this building are long term residents which in itself is a testimony of how attentive the management is.

Just the worst company management and old apartments. This company does not tell you the truth when you move in. Avoid this business at all costs!!
