Mike and his team have been so helpful to our family. When I signed up for management services with Evanston Property Management, I came from a horrible large local company. My tenants were worried they would be treated poorly but Evanston Property Management team was able to change that quickly. They have been taking great care of my investments since. Keep up the good work!

Have had such a great experience with Evanston Property Management! Both Felix and Rob have been so quick to reply and so prompt with any repairs or maintenance. Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a property management agency.

I highly recommend Evanston Property Management! James was great to work with and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. What impressed me the most was James' communication skills. He kept me informed every step of the way and advised me on how to make my property more appealing to todays rental market. After working with a few other companies over the years, I am so glad one of my clients recommended Evanston Property Management. Their work ethic is second to none. Not only did Dan fix what we needed extremely quickly/efficiently, but he went above and beyond to make sure that our replacement parts were top notch quality. It was such a relief having him here because you can tell he really takes pride in his work and knows what hes doing. Thanks!!

It's been a pleasure working with Mike and the Evanston Property Management team. Working with a property manager who values quality work and has systems in place to execute work orders per property has been a breath of fresh air. As a landlord who does not live locally, that is crucial. I would recommend this team for property management.
