    Never write bad reviews BUT- After several weeks of correspondence, having sent numerous long forms & documents to obtain malpractice coverage for my practice, the rep/?owner stops replying to my calls and emails without explanation. My license is immaculate, no prior claims. This company delayed the opening of my practice. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

    Disappointing Service - Used Cunningham Group to secure medical malpractice insurance. Original quotes were well organized and secured occurrence based policy. Close to renewal a year later, realized my hours would qualify for part-time premium. Contact with service representative was less than ideal (was scolded that I should have let them know as soon as I knew my hours were different) - tough to do considering was trying to figure out COVID vs. permanent hour shift. Fast forward another year and emailed customer service around renewal to find out about possible payment terms. Given short email and told to call insurance provider myself with phone number to call. I then asked what services they provide if I am to track down these answers and was met with snide email from customer service questioning my "tone' and letting me know I was unhappy I would need to "find another broker to get another agent". I am taking them up on that invite. David Leander responded quickly when I forwarded the email strings, and tried best to assign new customer service rep, but this has been a pattern. As with many things, service good to get the sale, but seems ongoing 10% commissions for shuffling renewal paperwork and belittling responses to legitimate questions not for me.

John was great in providing professional advice and having a solution-oriented attitude in getting our employees good coverage while navigating some of the trickiness of how BCBS handles small business owners.
