The agent, Laura Spathies never reached out to me. I requested an online quote from Erie and then received an email stating I would be hearing from her agency. In addition to the email, I reached out to her office and left a message. I worked with Erie years ago and always had great customer service. This agent really dropped the ball. No need for her to reach out to me now I ended up going with someone else and purchased insurance through Allstate.
