        I get my insurance with this company for more then 5 years, but today I talk with Polina, I was asking her about the insurance, and how much is the cost for how long a year ,6 months. First she gave me the price and she said that she doesn't know where she took this price ,not for a year not for 6 months, then I asked her if this is the best price, and she start being very rude saying that the bread now is 5 dollars not a 1$ like before, I didn't ask her how much is the bread ,but about the insurance, also she was talking and talking about her own stuf. And her pain that the breat is to expensive for her.

      Hello Veronika,I apologize you had bad experience with our office. Yet, we do not have Polina working here. The prices were quoted for you, unfortunately we do not regulate the cost of insurance. We are only an insurance agency and not a company, and are given quotes from several companies. You were given those options. You were only advised to shop around and that everything is more expensive nowdays. Once again, I am sorry you had bad experience, for the first time in years of being our customer. We hate to loose a customer but I hope you find better service somewhere else.
