To whom it may concern. On September 11, 2021. Of all days to have FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES HAPPEN. . My mom is on a SSI fixed Income.. At 65 yrs old. She has Multiple illnesses. Which do not allow her to move very fast; especially carrying heavy items into the car... .She is not a tech savvy person. At All. She just got use to understanding how cash app works. Or debit work. On this day in Question, . I was meeting my mom. She told me she was going to two stores.. 71st street at FamilyDollar Alert hit paid for $34.18 . H &M Warehouse INC. 7105 S State street . I said ok. She in the store pays an Alert for $22.04 paid in full for items".. . . I said ok see u soon. Before she can walk and pack the things she purchased from the store into the car, ... within 6-7mins at 5:57pm .. . She got Another Alert stating her card had been used AGAIN at Grand palace on 225 W 26 street Chicago illinois 60616 for $118.05. She did not understand what was going on. At that time she was currently loading contents in car.. Day later she filled a complaint to cash app two days later. . But they stated they will start a case to help. But me as her daughter. I am not pleased with how this company conduct their business. I am trying to help my mom get her 118 back PAID IN FULL. I WIL DEFINITELY BE CONTACTING CEO MANAGEMENT BBB. YELP AND ALL OTHER MAJOR PLATFORMS THEY WILL N9T GET AWAY WITH THIS. NO TELLING HOW LONG THEY BEEN DOING THESE ACTIVITIES.
