        I can't get through to the company. their number does not work. I bought 4 collectors on ebay and they came with the wrong batteries, I have the video to prove it. I returned it and they did not refund me. How to be served by you?

        Totally DISAPPOINTED Absence of any customer service or support. The seller cares only about himself. An extremely expensive Ebike conversion kit was lost by FedEx. The seller didn't show any support/interest in investigating. Hard to communicate, after emails wanted to reach out to the seller, instead of helping the representative on phone accused me of perjury. Never will buy from this company ever!!!

        Gave them 600.00 of my hard earned dollars for a bike kit. It was defective and I was told to send it back which I did - now they refuse to answer emails and Im out the money AND the junk kit. Scam artists - Steer clear from this dishonest merchant.
