        The Jackson Hewitt staff is always very professional, sensitive and helpful. These last few years things have been really hectic. Then I got a reminder call to confirm my appointment and the lady was so reassuring. I had forgotten what day it was and was so grateful for the patience and warmth, even at this last hour. The JH @ 71st street is absolutely marvelous. Go and see for yourself
