I was referred to them by some family. I had starting coming to them in like 2016 so the last 2 or 3 years. I had filed with JH but the last time Deborah charged me $500 I'm like I'm cool. Because I thought the more loyal of a client you are, the prices would decrease instead of increase...On top of that I also sent a few people her way...Now this this year I call because I haven't filed yet. I didn't file 2020 either so I called my tax lady to be sure I didn't file for 2020..Now I'm using a different lady now, I called JH to get my AGI for 2020 Deborah said she would call me back with it Haven't heard nothing back I called today no answer. She did say it was closing and that I could access it online. Nothing is working and I just wanna file my taxes. I tried the irs website but I got a new phone number and I can't pass the phone verification part. I no longer have the number they have on file for me. So I'm done with JH and wouldn't recommend no one else there

My tax preparer is always kind and courtesy, always willing to help. I think the prices are steep for someone that has any depends or property or any assess that's deductable. I've seen other Jackson Hewitt spots that has money put into the decore, why not this spot?
