        Filed Taxes incorrectly and corporate could not refund as this is a franchise. really disappointed.

        Same as the last reviewer, went to the building, call the office via the door buzzer and no answer multiple times. Finally, building management let me in, no answer at the door nor to many kama phone calls. This office is not real; Jackson Hewitt, get your house in order.

        Had an appointment today at 5...I showed up and they were in a building with buzzer entry. I tried to reach them by buzzing or phone as the same auto message picks up for both, ugh! I walked there and back in the rain.
