Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

My tax preparer, whom I've used for three years, instead of greeting me with a customary smile, just Gawked at me, as if I'd said, "This is a Stick Up" & had come to rob the place, while the lady at the front desk greeted me politely & professionally. Not to be racial, but I've noticed that sort of behavior in black females more than any other race of women in Customer Service, Instead of a smile & a friendly hello, Which I had gotten from a cute young Hispanic woman in the cleaners I visited after i had left my tax preparer, Interesting, because she wasn't even the one who waited on me, she happened to be working the racks but she Knew how to greet her customers m, As did her male counterpart that worked the register, And they didn't GawK at me like I had 3 Heads. And I also think the service at Hewlett, Is a bit Over Priced. Which prompts me to seek another Preparer, Or learn to do it Myself

For the last 20 years the same lady (April) has prepared my taxes and she does an amazing job. I highly recommend her.

I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for over 10 years now never had a problem was informed about fees, a clear understanding and never any problems will continue doing business with them.
