DISCLAIMER: This is my first review I've ever written if that tells you how good of customer service I received. On a weekend vacation to Chicago and wanted to stop in and check this place out as it was already on my radar. Knew absolutely nothing about fly fishing and was blown away by the outstanding customer service of all of the associates but especially Mae in particular. She got me all set up with everything I would need, going above and beyond to get me on the right track with my fly fishing setup. The customer service I received should be the gold standard for any business. Will absolutely visit again when I'm in town.

Stopped by while walking around & it happened to be the Father's Day sale! Great customer service, friendly atmosphere, & free drinks. I bought a dog toy & a handkerchief for my large dog & both are perfect.
