There is no doubt of the yeti magic, 111 degrees and it's kept my beer cold for 30mins, just had the last swig still cold as the first. Yeti is the real deal, done let the imposters tell you otherwise!

Based off of my experience with their customer service, specifically when needing to return an item, I highly recommend shopping at REI instead. Please read... I received KUHL pants as a gift from Uncle Dan's. They did not fit, but I was unable to return them within 30 days due to living out-of-state. I was honest and told the employee the situation. He simply stated what their policy was and did not even attempt to figure out how to give me store credit. The pants are still in brand new condition with all the tags perfectly intact. Based off of my experience today, I will never shop at an Uncle Dan's again when there are businesses like REI that pride themselves on customer service, and doing everything they can to keep the customer. I have many examples of how REI has bended their own policies in certain situations when it makes sense to in order to keep a loyal customer, and they will continue to get a ridiculous amount of my money because I know they care about me as a customer. The gentleman at Uncle Dan's today was more concerned about abiding by their policy than considering my situation as a customer, and they have lost me as a paying customer as a result.
