The unit I rented was dirty, the unit was not well kept at all. The building in general is very dirty. I moved out at the beginning of the month and they still charged me for the entire month. Management would not work with me. I do not recommend.

I am very disappointed in the management of this facility. There are only 2 carts to move things for 500!!!!! Units? Also, many people come from upfront off Van Burren st and there are no carts there, they are always on the back desk. I request the manager to change this situation , to have more carts available both on the Morgan St and VanBurren st. Entrances.

Thank you Brittany for superior service. I appreciate that you took the time to walk me to my locker unit and show me how to use the codes and elevators. I had knee surgery and it has been very hard but Brittany made my entire process was so easy. Thank you so much!!!!
