Extra Space Storage

I call my location in Chicago on northwest side where my items are stored and talked to Johnny who was helpful in explaining the change over of new owners. He was busy but got back to me in the time he said he would . I received all the info that I needed to continue with new owners . Thanks for you help Johnny .

So public storage switched owners and failed to notify me by any means possible, and when I noticed my payments not going through, I, freaking out instantly called. Spoke with Johnny D not only was he professional, but very very genuine and courteous and letting me know the situation. I explained to him, I was not aware of the management change and the events that was happening in my life. Empathetically, he asked me to come in so we can get this matter settled. I came in and was provided the best customer service that I ever received from a storage facility. Thank you so much Johnny!

Victor was very helpful, he helped unlocked my storage unit because I forgot to bring my keys, I mean it has been almost 2 years since Ive been there so I dont even know where my keys are. Johny was very helpful as well when he adjusted the lock for my new unit. Both Johny and Victor were very professional and hardworking and handsome. Give them a raise please thank you.
