03/29/24 - My appointment is to pick up my car was at 1:00PM. It is currently 1:50PM and I am still standing in line waiting to check in and get the vehicle I rented. When first walked in there were 3 people at the counter and all of them left one girl, that was complaining about the boss not coming in because he was sick and had a very nasty attitude. Apparently the system was down and she didn't inform any of the people who were standing in line this. She was so unprofessional and I am legit upset and will not be coming back to this location. It's unprofessional, inconsiderate, and inconveniencing. Please choose another location, or you'll be waiting your whole life to get something done that takes 10 minutes tops at another Uhaul location

Very thorough and friendly customer service!! Pick up and drop off was breeze!! Wanda was so nice, funny and helpful!! Exactly what we needed on a day like moving day!
