MS BROWN IS STEALING MAIL. TOLD ME MY DAUGHTERS "CHECK" HAD TO BE DELIVERED BY POSTAL WORKER YET NO WORKERS ARE AVAILABLE TO DELIVER MY MAIL THIS LADY MS BROWN WHO IS THE MANAGER HAS BEEN STEALING MAIL EVERY DAMN DAY THIS WEEK AND USPS DOESNT CARE.

I used to get my mail on time Being here over 20 years. Ten or eleven o'clock in the morning. Now I barely get mail. My b every other day. And be putting other people mail and your box.

My package was given to a third party for final delivery almost a month ago. I truly believe they are stealing packages at this location and giving everyone the run around. Ive called every day since Feb. 27th and no resolution. Ive been to the location to talk to a manager, waited for an hour in the lobby, no one came out. No return calls, I am currently sitting on the phone now for 37 mins, waiting on the woman to come back to the phone.

I've lived in Morgan park for 36 years. I beg of you to use FedEx, UPS, DHL, uner eats, etc ANYTHING except for this place. They never deliver mail on time, and that's if they DECIDE to not lose it on purpose. They are inefficient and the most disrespectful staff I have ever come across. If you have important mail that needs to be delivered I suggest you buy a plane ticket and retrieve it yourself. These hoodrats have no business having a job at all. And the worst part is they all are over 55yrs old. I hope the worst for all of them.
