        This location is way better than the one on Sheffield. The employees here are more efficient, friendlier, more knowledgeable and courteous. I will start coming here even though it’s further.

        This was my first time coming to this post office, and everything went smoothly! There was only one lady working but she was so kind, friendly, and efficient. There was a little wait, but I always expect that at any post office. This will definitely be the location I use from now on.

        Very poor customer service! It was the worst experience ever! 4 employees (cashiers) texting and playing on their phones. They were ignoring customers. When I asked them to scan my prepaid boxes one of them told me that it was not their job!!!! So I was wondering what Is it their job? The USPS management please check monitoring and see how customers are treated by your employees.

        WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They move at one speed no matter how many people are waiting. Forget getting a passport here, shipping anything, etc.. I will drive two towns over before going back there again.
