        Negative 5 stars. A relative mailed me a priority mail package from Joliet. It went to the Chicago Network Distribution Center, NINE DAYS AGO, and has not moved since. Left Joliet on 3/15, supposed to arrive in MO 3/18. It is the evening of 3/25, no movement. This is unacceptable.

        I went to this location for my passport application last January. The lady who assisted me was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and had A LOT OF ATTITUDE! There was a guy before me and he was having trouble understanding the lady (d/t language barrier), so he tried to ask me for help. The rude lady pointed at me and yelled, "Mind your own business!" It was truly a horrible experience. I will never go back there again. Also, their photo services were not available that week and they didn't announce it on their website. Rude lady told us to go to Walgreens or Staples about 5 minutes away to get our photos taken, then back to USPS again. Mind you, it was raining cats and dogs! I had to reschedule my appointment. It was such a HUGE INCONVENIENCE for me and >8 other people that day!
