Maria and Antoinette gave fantastic service. They were courteous and friendly. I was able to mail a few cards quickly. During my visit, I bought a card and mailed it off too.

Sent a priority mail from this location during my lunch. The line was short, with many cashiers open. Maria served me and was very positive and helpful. Pretty flawless experience

attention to day and time 3/22/24 11:40am I came to Make a passport application the representative was so disrespectful to me so I confronted him with my politeness what He was doing wrong He clearly took off his name tag the felt of guilt he committed so I won't report him and he won't give me his name the most disgusting and disrespectful clerk I ever met in person ... This is the proof I have and he's in downtown ladies and gentlemen at clark st serving the polite people his disrespect and rudeness let's see how Chicago and United States post office handles this.

Like every other review says, go to literally any other location. I understand customer service is a difficult job, but the employees at this location, especially a man named Ron, are some of rudest, entitled, and worst USPS workers Ive ever dealt with. I went in to ship a package today, with a prepaid label, and without asking if I wanted a receipt, Ron THREW my package into the storage bins behind him. I asked for a receipt, to which Ron very dramatically rolled his eyes and sighed, before storming over and retrieving my package. I asked him to please not throw my package again, as it was a return containing makeup. Guess what Ron did? Launches it back into the storage container. Im appalled by the behavior of the employees here, and will never be returning to this location.
