        There was a Rude Hispanic tall blond it girl in the register - I ordered online to get my order picked up .. as I walked in I asked my for order the latina blonde girl gave it to me so rudely I asked for my shakes shes like they are in the bag , and turned her back on me, as I walked out to my car to review my order I saw it was wrong . Which the sticker place in the sub says exactly how it should be . So I proceeded back into the restaurant , skinny tall Latina blonde took it gave it to the other short Latina both giggle and started to re do it. I asked her nicely please make sure it has extra meat I paid for extra. Her response was like yeah I know. Handed it back to me with attitude.

        I ordered lunch today through the Potbelly app. The first thing I noticed from my order was the Mac & cheese. It looked off in color. It was old and dry, I didnt even eat it. My cookie I ordered was stale and my sandwich barely had chicken. I ended up throwing out my food which was disappointing since I dont like wasting food.
